1. Repairs
- All repair services are non-refundable once completed.
- We offer a 7-day limited repair warranty for defects related to the parts or labor performed by Phone Repair Pro only.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by customer misuse, accidents, water, drops, or unauthorized service.
2. Accessories
- No refunds or exchanges on phone accessories, cables, cases, chargers, or similar items once sold.
- Exchanges may be considered only for defective items reported within 24 hours of purchase.
3. Devices and Articles
- Devices or items must be returned in the same condition as sold, with the original box and charger included.
- No cracked, scratched, or damaged items will be accepted for return or exchange.
- All devices are fully tested before being displayed for sale, but in rare cases of malfunction within 7 days, the issue will be assessed under our repair warranty.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Water-damaged devices.
- Custom orders or special parts.
- Screen protectors, cables, and opened accessories.
