- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Services
We provide:
- Phone, MacBook, and Tablet Repairs
- Phone Accessories and Parts
- Device-related articles and upgrades
All repair jobs are documented with the device’s condition at the time of drop-off and pick-up.
3. Repair Warranty
- Repairs performed by Phone Repair Pro are covered under a 7-day limited repair warranty.
- The warranty covers defects related only to the parts or services we performed.
- Warranty does not cover:
- Damage to unrelated parts or previous issues.
- Damage caused by abuse, misuse, drops, impacts, or liquid exposure.
- Devices opened, tampered with, or serviced by anyone other than Phone Repair Pro.
- The warranty is void if any cracks, scratches, or physical damage are found on the device after repair.
- There is no warranty for water-damaged phones.
- Warranty applies only if the device is returned in the same condition as when it was picked up.
4. Accessories and Devices
- All accessories and devices are carefully tested before being placed for sale.
- No exchange or refund is allowed on accessories or retail items unless proven defective at purchase.
- Devices must be returned in the same condition as sold, with box and included chargers.
5. Payments
- All payments must be made in full before repair collection or product shipment.
- We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and other approved payment methods.
6. Limitation of Liability
Phone Repair Pro and Jan Gaming Repair LLC are not liable for:
- Any data loss from devices during repair (customers are advised to back up data).
- Consequential damages, indirect losses, or incidental costs arising from repair delays or parts availability.
- Customer-provided replacement parts.
7. Ownership
Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after repair completion may be considered abandoned and disposed of according to state law.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
